EQUIPMENT AND PARTS FIRST
This enquiry path is not a promise to repair every brand or model. Part availability, equipment condition, access, manufacturer information and the plumbing, gas, electrical, ventilation or cabinetry work involved determine whether the job can proceed.
SEPARATE WORK SCOPES
A single enquiry can list several items at the property, but the quote should identify each appliance, installation and regulated-trade responsibility separately.
Gas cooktop measuring, appliance repair or replacement, installation and benchtop cutting are separate scopes. Provide the existing and proposed product details before removal or cutting is planned. Gas, electrical and cabinet or benchtop responsibilities are confirmed for the actual work; this page does not provide DIY disconnection or fitting instructions.
State whether the enquiry concerns the appliance itself, a door or control, venting, the power or gas connection, or installation of a supplied unit. What the appliance does cannot by itself identify the failed part, and supply, removal and connection work are listed separately.
For a washing-machine installation enquiry, identify the supplied model, available space, taps, waste point, power point and access. Plumbing, drainage, electrical connection, cabinetry changes and removal of the old machine are not assumed to be one scope.
Describe the rangehood model and whether the issue is alignment, controls, fan operation, ducting, mounting or a connection. Adjustment, appliance repair, duct changes and electrical work are confirmed separately.
SYSTEM BOUNDARIES
A room-heating fault belongs to the heating path, a hot-water unit or valve belongs to the hot-water plumbing path, and a leaking air conditioner belongs to the air-conditioning path. Describe the actual equipment instead of selecting the nearest-sounding category.
