Who handles the information

Mel One Property Maintenance Pty Ltd, trading publicly as Mel One Maintenance, handles the information submitted through this website.

What the form collects

The enquiry form can collect your name, phone number, optional email address, suburb, selected issue, description, optional referral source and the page where the enquiry began. Calls or direct emails can also include details you choose to provide, such as photos of a visible fault.

Why it is collected

The information is used to review the repair enquiry, identify the trade and regulated service boundary, confirm location fit, contact you about the request and keep an operational record.

Analytics

Google Analytics measures visits and contact interactions such as phone clicks, form starts and delivered enquiries. It may process browser, device, page and IP-derived information and use cookies or similar identifiers. The form fields are not intentionally sent as analytics event details. Following the Google Business Profile link takes you to a separate Google service.

Email delivery, storage and access

A submitted enquiry is delivered through the Resend email service to the Mel One recipient mailbox. If the site database is available, a record with a reference, contact details, suburb, issue, description and source page is also saved there. Messages and replies can remain in the mailbox and email delivery records. Access is limited to people who need the details to respond to or manage the request. Relevant details may be shared with the person assessing the plumbing work or a service provider operating these systems; we do not sell enquiry details.

Retention, security and overseas services

Enquiry records are kept for the time needed to respond, manage the job and meet applicable record obligations. Reasonable security steps are taken, but email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Technology providers may process information outside Australia; contact us if you need current details about a particular provider.
